The Phils lost. Freddy Garcia sucks. He can't run the bases, no one on the Phils can. Who said we'll miss Abreu's arm in RF? Too bad we couldn't score another run to make that play really matter. Tom Gordon is hurt and has been all season, Manuel just now telling the truth about it. Brett Myers your Philadelphia Phillies' closer. Ryan Howard hit a bomb. Those are my thoughts on the game (that was nicely televised on ESPN for those of us not in Philly) and they are summed up nicely in Jim Salisbury's article that will appear in the Inquirer in the morning.
