Phillies DID want Joe Borowski

I say did with the capitals because apparently his physical wasn't too great. The "team doctor examined the results of the physical and advised against giving the pitcher a multiyear contract." Apparently his shouldered isn't perfect. The Phils could still sign him to a one year contract. He'll probably look for another team to sign him to a multi-year deal. He could be a good pick up as a setup man, we'll see if he still has any desire to sign with the Phillies now.
