Well it has just started snowing in Philadelphia and the Phillies are about to get swept by the Braves. Pat Burrell wonders why Phillies fans hate him and the bottom of the 7th is one reason. 2 men on base, 2 outs, full count and the crowd on their feet and Burrell strikes out swinging and it looked ugly. Then again now as I'm typing this in the top of the 8th he misplays a windy foul ball and doesn't catch it. Granted it's very windy, but still Pat. Pat if you can't hit the ball you are useless. Burrell can't chase down anything in left field so you know he's not out there for defensive purposes. Get one clutch hit. A home run would have made it a 3 run game with 2 innings left.
And my cable just went out, so I'm going to get some dinner and hope the Phillies somehow pull out a win.
