MLS team in Philly - You got $30 million?

In order for soccer to increase in popularity throughout America, more teams are needed and the MLS realizes that. Philadelphia would probably really like an MLS team, depending on where they played and other such things.
Major League Soccer is hopeful an agreement can be finalized within the next four or five months to bring a team to Philadelphia, commissioner Don Garber said today.
I'd like to see Philly have a team, I'd go watch them if they have had a nearby decent place to play at. Don't know if I'd go watch them play at Rowan University like was the plan last year, granted I don't even know where Rowan actually is.
Philadelphia has long been on MLS' radar, but Garber acknowledged the league might have to look elsewhere if a deal cannot be reached soon.
Among the criteria for a franchise is a $30 million league fee.
They should play at the Linc, they would probably fill more seats than the Temple football team.
